Rice Gluten / Rice Protein

Rice Gluten also known as Rice Protein Concentrate or Rice Gluten Feed is a by-product of rice starch processing. It is an unconventional product that has an above average amino acid profile, added vitamins and high protein content.

We have an in-house manufacturing facility for Rice Protein, where only NON-GMO rice is used to manufacture rice starch derivatives and its by-product. Rice Gluten is an excellent product for live-stock feed as it helps in reducing ration cost by replacing portions of expensive Soybean DOC, Maize Gluten and di-calcium phosphate. It is also preferred by the international feed community in Dairy Calf Milk Replacers.

Manufacturing Process (in-house):

Rice gluten meal is the dried residue from rice after the removal of starch, and separation of the bran by the process employed in the wet milling manufacture of rice starch or syrup or glucose. This rice protein meal’s color is bright and yellow.

Storage:-

Material in hygienically packed bags should be kept in a place that is well-ventilated, cool and dry, always away from extreme temperatures.
