Our Inverted syrup is a mixture of glucose and fructose in varying ratio. It is extremely sweet liquid made from rice and is produced from the controlled hydrolysis and isomerization of starch polymers with valuable bulk sweetening profiles. Compared with inverted sugar syrup, our syrup is sweeter and its products tend to remain more moist and are less prone to crystallisation.
It’s major component is fructose which occurs naturally in fruits, vegetables, their juices and honey. It has a low glycaemic index.
